Abdul Munim joined Better Work Bangladesh (BWB) in 2014 as an Enterprise Advisor and has served as a Team Leader since 2022. Prior to joining BWB, he was a National Consultant for the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) project under the International Labour Organization (ILO), where he focused on the capacity building of TVET trainers and managers. 

From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Munim worked across several corporate groups as a Manager and Deputy Manager, specializing in Human Resource Management and Development, Administration, and Operations. 

His core areas of expertise include social compliance, factory assessments, advisory services, and labour laws. He also brings extensive experience in strategic HR planning and recruitment, competency-based training and assessment, competency standards development, and curriculum design. 

Abdul holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
