Nikita Grabher-Meyer is a Technical Officer for Research and Impact at Better Work in Geneva. In this capacity, Nikita supports the coordination and implementation of Better Work’s research and impact agenda in collaboration with academic partners and researchers. She is also responsible for promoting the integration of research findings into the operational and service-delivery work of the programme in coordination with Better Work Global and Country Programme teams. Before assuming her current role, Nikita worked as a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer at the Better Cotton Initiative in Geneva. Earlier in her career, she served as a Research Intern and Consultant for the ILO’s Research Department. She holds a PhD in Behavioural and Experimental Economics from the University of East Anglia (Norwich, UK), as well as an MSc in Social and Economic Sciences and a BSc in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy). Her research focuses on the behavioural foundations of compliance and ethical conduct, examining how governance systems and interventions shape perceptions, decision-making, and behaviour within organizations and society.
