Supervisory Skills Training (under The Work-progression & Productivity Programme)

The course provides knowledge and skills on supervision and how to effectively manage and support workers Participants are trained to avoid a passive or authoritarian style of leadership and to strike a fair balance between the interests of the company and the interests of staff.
