Tina Rogers joined Better Work in 2022 as the Technical Officer on Social Dialogue and is based in Bangkok. In her role, Tina works on strategies, policies, tools and projects that promote improved industrial relations across the garment industry. She works closely with country programmes to ensure that workers have voice and representation and that employers have skills and commitment to engage in social dialogue at all levels.
Tina has spent many years promoting workers’ rights and gender equality in supply chains – she has previously worked for the multi-stakeholder initiative Fair Wear Foundation leading the work on social dialogue and international advocacy, as well as the women’s rights foundation Women Win, developing the leadership skills of adolescent girls and young women in factories and beyond. Her interest in the garment industry began when she worked for lululemon athletica, supporting community and social impact initiatives. Tina holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Employment Relations.
