Diane Davoine joined the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in 2017 and has been part of the Better Work IFC team since then. She contributes to overall program management and leads the design and delivery of tailored training and advisory services that help businesses improve social outcomes within their operations and across supply chains. Her work focuses on workforce skills development, leadership development, employee engagement, women’s empowerment, and strengthening workplace communication, collaboration, and productivity—including through the Gender Equality and Returns (GEAR) program. Diane also supports the expansion of Better Work’s proven approaches and tools to new industries and geographies, particularly by partnering with IFC clients in the agribusiness sector in Africa and the hospitality industry globally.
Prior to IFC and Better Work, Diane held roles at the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, and in the financial sector in Switzerland. She holds an M.A. in International Economics from The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Geneva. She is also a certified coach.
