Laetitia Weibel Roberts

Deputy-Chief Technical Advisor

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Since September 2023, Laetitia Weibel Roberts has been the Deputy Operation Manager of BWB. Between March and December 2025, she acted as OIC of the BWB in the absence of the Country Manager. Between 2019 and 2023, she was the Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) of the ILO Migration projects, specifically the “Reintegration Project for Migrant Workers” and “Application of Migration Policy for Decent Work for Migrant Workers – Phase II”.

Previously, she worked for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), international development agencies, and International Organizations since 1999. Between 2012 and 2017, she was the Programme Manager for Migration and Protection in Egypt. Between 2017 and 2018, she was seconded to the ILO Jordan office where she provided technical support for implementing and monitoring the ILO Programme of Support to the Jordan Compact on Refugees. She also worked in Lebanon for four years, seconded to the ILO Arab States as a Regional Monitoring and Evaluation officer.

Ms. Weibel Roberts is a national of Switzerland and France. She holds an MS and BA from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (SSP) at the University of Lausanne (UNIL) in Switzerland.
