Md. Maruf Hassan Khan is a distinguished leader in operations and capacity development, boasting over 18 years of experience in national and international arenas. He currently holds the position of Team Leader of Operations for Better Work Bangladesh, managing more than 25 staff and national consultants’ deliverables and overseeing across 500 RMG factories catering to a workforce of 1.5 million individuals. 

Maruf excels in scaling organisational impact with experience in both development and humanitarian sectors. His skills include social dialogue, capacity building, portfolio management, operational sustainability, and gender mainstreaming. He is dedicated to promoting gender balance and the workplace inclusion of individuals with disabilities. 

Maruf holds a Master’s in Public Policy & Governance from North South University, and an MBA and BBA from the University of Dhaka. He is a Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP), Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP), and holds an Advanced Diploma in NLP Coaching.
