Supervisory Skills Training (WPT)

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The two-day training is a short/customised version of regular SST training for operators (future supervisor) on skills needed to become a supervisor. It provides knowledge and skills on supervision and how to effectively manage and support workers. Participants are trained to avoid a passive or authoritarian style of leadership and to strike a fair balance between the interests of the company and the interests of staff.
